Salon Policy

Our Policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide.

We reserve the right to refuse service to:

• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
• Anyone in ill health that we suspect could be further harmed by our services.
• Diabetes Client: Please inform our nail technician so we can provide our service with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.
• Anyone is rude, mean, or disrespectful.

• We hate to say it, but FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY: Pedicure chairs have a maximum capacity of 250lbs. Please do not sit in the spa chairs for your own safety if you are over the maximum weight capacity. We appreciate your understanding.
• We love to do children’s nails. However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. We use many products that are harmful if applied on unprotected skin. If you have children under 10 who are not receiving services, please keep them safe or leave them at salon waiting area.
• All services paid in the salon are NON REFUNDABLE:
• If you are dissatisfied with any services in the salon, please call us for a free repair within 3 days of your original services of gel polish and within a week of your healthy nails service. We will make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations. Repairs after 2 weeks for breakages, tears, and corner breaks…(or if you change your mind) will be charged.
• Regular polish/ Chrome/ Foils/ Matte top coats services are not guaranteed.
• While receiving any service, please provide our staff with your feedback on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements right away.
• Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. GC are treated as cash and it is not redeemable if lost or stolen.
• NO FOOD & DRINKS ALLOWED IN THE SALON.
• DISCLAIMER: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF YOUR LOST OR DAMAGED CELL PHONES OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
• Please be respectful to other customers around you who are trying to relax during their services. Set your phone to vibrate, and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. Hands free devices are strongly encouraging.
